Earlier, he worked for over 10 years at Treasury Control Office in Toruń and Bydgoszcz, where he conducted tax inspections of the largest economic operators, non-routine inspections commissioned by the Ministry of Finance and participated in many transfer pricing proceedings.

He specializes in representing Clients in proceedings before tax authorities and the Supreme Administrative Court, in particular in reference to VAT, CIT and excise tax. He has advised and represented clients from the construction, real estate, insurance, pharmaceutical, transport, and IT sector.

He uses his wide knowledge and professional experience to advise Clients in the area of VAT, including assistance during inspections, tax and fiscal proceedings, in the area of due diligence, refund of VAT, intra-Community and international transactions, as well as free-of-charge services. He has provided support and consultations on transactions in terms of VAT, transfer prices and income tax. He assesses transactions in terms of their effects and tax risks as well as potential tax optimization. He provides training and workshops for the National Chamber of Tax Advisors, for Podatki.biz as well as for individual clients.
